Discreet Shipping & Payment: How Ordering Works at K2 E-Liquid Shop

Every parcel we send is deliberately unremarkable: a plain box or mailer, no product names, no logos, nothing on the label that suggests what's inside. Incense bags stay factory-sealed within the parcel, and liquids travel in sealed leak-proof containers so nothing can seep in transit.

We also don't publish or share customer details. Your order lives in one WhatsApp thread and our internal order record — that's it.

Orders normally dispatch within one to two business days of confirmed payment. Delivery time after that depends on your destination, and we give you a realistic window in chat rather than a marketing promise. Shipping is free on every order over $200, including bulk and wholesale orders.

We accept Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Chime, Cash App and gift cards. Bitcoin offers the most privacy; Apple Pay and Cash App are usually fastest.

Checkout works in one direction only: you build your cart, pick a payment method, review a confirmation page showing the itemised list, the total and the exact message that will be sent, and then open WhatsApp. We reply with payment details. You never pay into a black box.

When your order is logged we give you a reference. Enter it on the Track Order page and you'll see a step-by-step timeline — received, paid, dispatched, delivered — plus a copyable WhatsApp link so you can pick the conversation back up instantly if anything needs clarifying.
