K2 E-Liquid Shop sells products intended strictly for adults aged 21 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that these products are legal to purchase and possess where you live. You are solely responsible for complying with all local laws.

Orders are placed and confirmed through WhatsApp at +1 541 230 4083. Adding items to your cart and proceeding to checkout creates a draft order that is finalized once you message us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to correct pricing or product errors. All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise.

We accept Bitcoin, Apple Pay, Chime, Cash App and Gift Cards. After you choose a payment method you'll be connected with us on WhatsApp to receive payment details and confirm your order. Orders ship once payment is verified. Never share payment credentials with anyone claiming to be us outside our official WhatsApp number.

We ship worldwide using fast, discreet packaging. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. A tracking reference is shared on WhatsApp where available, and you can follow progress on our Track Order page. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Because of the nature of our products, all sales are generally final. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order reference so we can make it right. Refunds or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Your privacy matters to us. We only use the information you provide to process and deliver your orders and to respond to your questions. We do not sell your personal information, and we keep order communications confidential.

We may collect and store:

• Contact details you share with us (name, email, WhatsApp number).
• Shipping address and order details needed to fulfill your purchase.
• Messages you send us through the contact form, email or WhatsApp.

Our cart uses your browser's local storage to remember items between visits. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us until you place an order. You can clear it anytime by emptying your cart or clearing your browser storage.
